The project Nox was born between 2004 and 2005 a.b.
Nox, the guy behind the Aura was about 15 years old
when he released his first demo Enigma, a short
thriller-concept soundtrack. A complex story about
Amnesia, sex, hospitals, strenght and weakness of Love
which can be annihiled by a lonely Will (Love under Will,
... under Vice...). Stalking, raping and murders are the
main themes of that original and really deep demo.

As it's been said at the top of the page, that demo came out
of the sick mind of Nox in 2004 or 2005 but it had been nearly
5 years (2009) before a friend of him send the demo "Enigma" to
a small underground french label, Frozen Wing Records, who
immediately asked to release it. Then the two acts of Nox were
born on pro-tapes, both ltd 150.

Further, the real theme of Nox is just Freedom, a seek of a
personal realization, spiritually, mentally, magickally.
Nothing's normal in that project, even the Magick employed
is not the one people can, if they know it, be used to act.

A recurrent thing in that project is the using of oddly
instruments, like flutes, violins, melodic tinkling noises
of glass, etc. The important thing is nearly all of the
instruments or noises are played or build with physical things,
like chinese sticks on a glass, or just the noise of a firecamp
(actually, he really put fire on his floor to do that...)
NEARLY everything (using of a few electro samples) is artisanal
music.

The second Act of Nox is much more personal and esoteric.
Nox is a Kanienkeha'kà, a native american who had spent his
8 first years with his grand-father Atohk-ehna, a true shaman
of that tribe, who had left the village to be "with his wife,
nature, and magick" as he used to say. Thul' Okgha is a very old
spellcraft of dark Haudinosee Magick, something nobody used for
aeonsfor Humanity's sake, says the Legend. Nox rewrote it on his
way, in the ancient language. Nothing is in a caucasian language.
Obviously Nox added things from his soul, and put it on tape.
It is the witness of a lost wisdom, an esoteric world, terrific,
malefic and more than everything Powerful. A perfect communion with
the dark spirit of blackest metals in the world with the true and
atavic era of nature's reign, Humansunder Nature, nature magick,
magick help, harmony... and all of the other sides taken in by
humans : hatred, oblivion, jealousy.



There are 9 songs in "Thul'okgha" and it has been released in may
2009, in 9 days, without sleeping nor eating, under the influences
of so many drugs that Nox nearly died by O.D.
The Ninth day, he blacked-out.
Everything as the spell commanded to do.
